What’s the Adidas returns policy?

The official Adidas store offers free returns, Australia wide, within 30 days of delivery. This policy also applies to sale periods. Exchanges are not offered for online returns so if you purchase the wrong size by mistake you’ll need to return your item, receive a refund and process a new purchase for the new item.

Some Adidas stockists will have different returns policies.

  • City Beach: offers 30-day returns, and issues refunds and exchanges, including during sales periods. You’ll need to pay for the return shipping.
  • THE ICONIC: offers refunds and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, and will foot the bill for the return shipping.
  • SurfStitch: offers 30-day returns for items bought on sale (100-day returns for full-priced items). You can choose a refund or an exchange and the returns postage is covered by SurfStitch.
