Returns, exchanges and refunds for Appliances Online
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery provided that items remain in their original, unused condition with the manufacturer-issued packaging intact. Any return due to change of mind will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted prior to your refund being issued. All refunds are issued as store credit.
