You might save some money, but you'll also miss out on these big titles.

The launch of Netflix's new Basic with Ads plan means you can subscribe to Netflix for a lower price. However, it also means some shows and movies are unavailable.

You could be missing out on some favourites.

Finder has scoured the list of shows and movies missing from Netflix's Basic with Ads.

We've highlighted some of the best titles you're unable to watch below. If you find too many missing for your liking and don't want to switch to another Netflix plan, we've also listed where else you can watch them.

The Office (US)

The mockumentary on the team at Dunder Mifflin is one of the most-loved sitcoms of all time and comes in for many repeat viewings. Not on Netflix's Basic with Ads plan though.

Instead, The Office is available to stream on BINGE and Foxtel Now.

New BINGE users get a free 14-day trial. If you're new to Foxtel Now, you get a 10-day free trial.

Stream BINGE for 14 days FREE and no lock-in contract

Test out BINGE's Basic, Standard or Premium plan and stream 10,000+ hours of shows and movies on demand.

Reservoir Dogs

I've got the feeling that something ain't right. It's that Quentin Tarantino's first feature can't be viewed on Netflix's new ad tier.

However, you can find the missing ear and more on Stan and Lionsgate Plus, which you can only access by subscribing to Prime Video.

Bridesmaids

Your reaction to this classic comedy being absent will probably see you pulling the same faces as Maya Rudolph's Bridesmaids character after the infamous dress fitting scene.

But fear not. You can also catch it on Foxtel Now, BINGE, Prime Video and Stan.

30-day free trial with Amazon Prime Video

Prime Video's free 30-day trial will give you instant access to thousands of premium TV shows and movies. T&Cs apply.

Happy Gilmore

Happy Gilmore
Happy Gilmore isn't in the best of moods at most times, so imagine how he'd feel if he found out this cult comedy movie was unavailable via Netflix's ad tier. Yeah, I'd be scared too.

Luckily, you can still tee off with the film on Foxtel Now and BINGE.

Fifty Shades of Grey

Someone deserves a whipping for the unavailability of this movie, but you can also find the drama on Foxtel Now, BINGE, Prime Video and Stan.

10-day free trial of Foxtel Now

No installation and no lock-in contract. New customers only. Sign up now.

Shrek

Shrek
Our favourite green ogre and donkey were not only exiled from the swamp but also on Netflix's Basic with Ads plan.

Otherwise, you can watch Shrek on Foxtel Now, BINGE, Prime Video and Stan.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians

It wasn't the best way to keep up with the Kardashians in the first place as the service only had seasons 7–10, but the OG show from reality's first family is completely unavailable to watch on Netflix's Basic with Ads tier.

To see all 20 seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, you can sign up to hayu, which has a 7-day free trial for new users.

Alternatively, 14 seasons of the show are available on Foxtel Now.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine

Brooklyn Nine-Nine
The crew from the Nine-Nine cannot be found for $6.99 – the price of Netflix's ad tier – as it's another unavailable show.

If you want to see the comedy antics of the finest of NYPD's 99th Precinct, head to Foxtel Now. Be warned if you're as obsessed with the show as Jake is with Taylor Swift – the service only has 1 season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

Mamma Mia!

Here we go again, another big title you can't watch on Netflix's Basic with Ads plan.

You can catch this musical romance over on Foxtel Now, BINGE, Prime Video and Stan.

Dirty Dancing

Baby's been put in the corner with ads. Unfortunately, it means the movie is unavailable on Netflix's new tier.

You can instead dance over to Stan if you want to check it out.

The Princess Bride

It's inconceivable that you can't watch this romantic comedy classic on Netflix's Basic with Ads plan. If you still want to watch, you can catch it on Stan.
