Can I book multi-city fares with BYOJet?
Yes. BYOJet allows you to book one-way, return and multi-city flights. Its system allows you to book up to six legs on one ticket.
How to book: Just above the "From" field on the search engine, click where it says "Return Flights". A drop-down will appear where you can change the fare type to "Multi-Stop".
Does BYOJet offer live chat?
No. BYOJet doesn't offer an online chat, but it does have a call centre open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and a thorough support section on its website.
How do I change flights booked through BYOJet?
BYOJet isn't an airline, so the fare rules it sells can change depending on which airline the ticket is with. It's best to check the terms and conditions on your fare to see if changes are available.
If you are able to change or cancel your ticket, visit the BYOJet website and fill out the change request form.
Are there any additional BYOJet fees?
BYOJet applies a $9.95 booking fee for the first four passengers on a booking.
