Why does my Castlery coupon code not work?
If you've keyed in your coupon code and received a pop-up that says "Oops! This coupon code you've entered doesn't exist" there can be a number of reasons:
You've entered the code incorrectly. Sometimes codes can be case-sensitive or a 0 (zero) may be misread as O. Be sure to copy and paste your code instead of typing it in to make sure it's correct.
The code has expired. Codes and discounts don't last forever. If you saw the code a few days ago and only now tried to use it, it might have expired.
The code isn't valid for your items. Unless the code is for a sitewide discount it may only be valid for certain products such as furniture sets or beds. Double-check the terms of the coupon to make sure your items are eligible.

Capped shipping. Never overpay for delivery fees.
14-day returns policy. Love it or return it.
Pop-up viewings. There are no bricks-and-mortar Castlery stores but every now and again a pop-up appears where you can experience the items in person. In Sydney this tends to be at the Supa Centa in Moore Park.
Afterpay and Zip available. Click Afterpay or Zip at the checkout to buy your items now and pay over interest-free instalments.
Cons
Pick-up not available. Shipping is the only delivery option.
A restocking fee applies if you return your item. Change-of-mind returns will incur a 20–30% restocking fee which could be quite a substantial amount depending on what you purchased.
Sign-up is required for purchase. There is no option to check out as a guest. You'll have to sign up with Castlery to complete your purchase. This could be a hindrance and may also sign you up for marketing material.
Sale items not eligible for change-of mind returns. Some items, including clearance or sale items, are not eligible for returns.

What is the Castlery returns policy?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days for any reason, as long as the items are returned new, undamaged and with all packaging attached. Bear in mind though that all items returned incur a 20% restocking fee for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane returns and 30% in all other areas. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Clearance, sale, made-to-order and display items as well as mattresses are not eligible for returns.
