What is the Cotton On returns policy?
Returns for online purchases are accepted within 14 days of purchase either to a store or via post.
Items such as underwear, earrings, cosmetics, third party brands, charity items, seconds, samples, customised items and gift cards cannot be returned. Swimwear may be returned so long as the hygiene sticker is intact.
To return an item via post, you’ll need to complete the return form that came with your items upon delivery and print out a postage label from returns.cottonon.com.
Return postage is free. Once Cotton On receives your package, the refund will be processed and the funds should appear in your account within 3-5 days.
