Standard tracked shipping is free for orders over £40 GBP (approx. $68 AUD). If your order is less than £40 GBP it will incur a £6.95 GBP (approx. $12 AUD) shipping fee. Once dispatched, delivery takes 5-15 business days to most Australian addresses. Priority-tracked shipping with DHL is also available for a flat £30 GBP (approx. $50 AUD) and will take two to four business days once dispatched.
What is the Cult Beauty returns policy?
You are welcome to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Your purchase will only be accepted if it is returned in new condition with all packaging and seals intact in order to be accepted. If you are returning your purchase for any other reason than a mistaken delivery or a product fault you will need to pay for return shipping.
