Review: Why you need to try the Everybodi body scrubs

Does this all-organic body scrub deliver the goods?

If you have an Instagram account, then you've probably come across a number of body scrub brands while scrolling through your feed. Well, I'm here to cut through the noise and tell you about the only one you really need to know about. This product is an absolute game-changer.

Introducing, Everybodi. Not only is the name super cute (it gets extra points for that) but after trying this product myself, I don't think I'll ever shower the same again. Yes, I know that sounds dramatic, but that's how strongly I feel about these scrubs.

First things first, a little bit about the brand. Everybodi is Australia-made with all-natural ingredients. The brand also does not test on animals. All very big ticks in my book.

Everybodi offers a range of scrubs to soothe, relax, repair and brighten. All the products come in travel sizes and there's even a bath soak, which is 100% next on my list to try. We have an exclusive 10% off code to sweeten the deal.

The review

Now a little bit about me. I have had eczema pretty much my entire life, and my skin is basically itchy 24/7. I've tried every moisturiser under the sun and everything just supplies me with temporary relief. It's been the same story with scrubs. They either irritate my skin further or they don't really go the whole mile. Until I tried this brand.

Given my skin type, I decided to try out the Soothe Scrub. The main ingredient is peppermint oil but it also contains magnesium, coffee, coconut oil, avocado oil and grapeseed oil.

The first thing you notice is the smell. It smells so damn good. I love the scent of peppermint so much that my shampoo, conditioner, body wash and face cleanser are all peppermint, so this product was already right up my alley.

The instructions are also super easy to follow. Get nudie rudie, jump in the shower and get scrubbin'.

Now believe me when I say, a small amount of this stuff goes a long way. I immediately noticed how soft it was. Other body scrubs I have tried definitely had a harsher grain than this, which tends to irritate my already very temperamental skin.

I applied it all over and it even gave my skin a little bit of a tingle. You leave it on for five minutes, and you might think that this seems like a very long time to stand naked and covered in body scrub. However, this is actually a good time to clean up the inside of your shower. Trust me, this scrub goes literally everywhere.

You also want to give the scrub time so that your skin can really soak up all the yummy goodness from the product.

Immediately after I washed the product off, I could feel a difference in my skin.

Now, because I really wanted to put this body scrub to the ultimate test, I shaved my legs afterwards. This usually always pisses my skin off and makes it very irritated. And listen to me when I say: that razor has never glided over my skin like it did. I was pretty much squealing with excitement in the shower by this point.

I also used the product on my face and it did an amazing job of clearing up any dead, dry skin that needed to get the hell out of there.

Fast forward to me out of the shower and living my best life, and my skin has never felt softer. An eczema patch on my arm has pretty much disappeared and my legs feel as smooth as a baby dolphin.

The final verdict

Bottom line: Would I recommend this product? Yes. A hundred times, yes.

Whether you're new to scrubbing or you're thinking of giving it a go, I could not recommend this product enough. My skin has been so well-behaved since using it that we're now in a committed relationship.
