How do I get Findmypast free shipping?
Free shipping is not available at Findmypast. You can choose between 2 shipping tiers: standard shipping is $14.95 and express, tracked shipping is $69.95 per order.
The standard service is expected to arrive within 14–20 working days while express takes 5–7 working days.
What is the Findmypast returns policy?
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 14 days to do so and receive a full refund. The kit must be in its original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund and any original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for any incurred returns shipping costs.
The same 14-day cooling-off period applies to any subscription services you signed up to. To process a cancellation within 14 days of signing up, simply get in touch with the Findmypast customer support team. Outside of the initial 14 days, log into your account and opt out of the auto-renewal setting.
