Returns, exchanges and refunds for IKEA
IKEA accepts returns whatever the reason within 365 days of receipt. Providing products are in their original unused, unopened condition complete with manufacturer packaging, you'll be entitled to a full refund.
You will be responsible for any returns shipping costs incurred. That said, you do have the option to take your online order back to your local store and receive a refund provided you used a credit or debit card to pay for your purchase.
