If you want to watch all the action from the EPL, you're in luck as you can easily do so in Australia. All English Premier League games throughout the season are shown live in Australia.
Coming into the EPL for the 2023/24 season are Burnley, Sheffield United and Luton Town, with the latter back in the top flight of English football for the first time in 31 years. Your Optus Sport subscription also gets you much more than just live EPL games. It features lots of content dedicated to EPL programming. Highlights, press conferences, chat shows and various entertainment offerings are all there too. There are also various mini versions of games if you are short on time.
Aside from the EPL, you can also watch La Liga and UEFA Nations League on Optus Sport among many other football leagues.
As Optus Sport does not offer a free trial, you can't watch the EPL at no cost in Australia. There is free content available to watch on Optus Sport related to the EPL, but these are usually items like short news clips or old, classic matches. Optus Sport does not offer live EPL games for free on Optus Sport.
You can stream Premier League clubs for free if you use the beIN SPORTS CONNECT free trials. It hosts the channels for EPL clubs Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and Man United. The only issue is those games aren't shown live, only on delay. You can also watch Premier League clubs play in the Carabao Cup via beIN SPORTS CONNECT.
Paramount Plus offers a 7-day free trial, presenting another way to watch EPL clubs for free as they screen the FA Cup.
However, the issue here is the team you follow may not have a game that is televised in those competitions.
