Cons

  • No payment on arrival. Payment in full must be made prior to your arrival date, there is no option to pay on arrival for your stay.
  • Cancellations fees may apply. Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline will incur fees.

How do I make a booking with Riu?

You can make a booking online using the reservation form or over the phone via an Australian hotline. If you would like to make your reservation online, use the search form to find an hotel and move through the booking process step by step. You can choose to pay at the time of reservation or one week before arrival, but you will need to enter your credit card details to confirm the booking.

What is the Riu cancellation policy?

Cancellations and modifications can be made by contacting the Riu hotel reservation system directly by logging into your account on the Riu website. If you cancel your booking after the cancellation deadline you may be charged cancellation fees.
