When does the Shein Black Friday sale start?

All the official Black Friday deals and discounts are scheduled to go live at the stroke of midnight on Thursday evening. This year Black Friday falls on November 29. SHEIN delivery details

All Australia-based orders over $49 will automatically qualify for free delivery. Orders below this are subject to a standard shipping fee of $7.95. Delivery timescales are quoted during the checkout process but are usually expected to take 10-12 working days.

Returns, exchanges and refunds for SHEIN

Any unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they remain in their original, unworn condition with any tags intact. Before sending your items back, you'll need to get in touch with the SHEIN customer care team and request returns authorisation. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.

  • Note: Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, loungewear, jewellery and accessories (with the exception of scarves, bags and mermaid blankets) are non-returnable.
