The invoice you received with your order will have all the instructions you need to return your items, but here's what to do, just in case:

  1. Complete the Exchange & Returns fields on the bottom of your original invoice.
  2. Package all items securely in a box or satchel (you can use the original), ensuring nothing is damaged.

  4. Mail the item at your local Australia Post office or retail shop. We suggest that you use registered post, as lost items will not be refunded.
