Temple & Webster has nationwide coverage for the majority of its products. The store has no standard shipping rate, shipping is different based on the item and the delivery location. Some items may be shipped for free, some will have a calculated cost.
To work out your delivery costs, add the item to the shopping cart and type in your postcode. Combining items is a great way to consolidate all your delivery costs.
The time for processing and dispatching orders varies as each product has a lead time found on the right hand side of the product page and this represents the time taken for the warehouse to ship out your order. Once the item has been posted, you will be given a tracking number.
Various carriers will be used to deliver the goods to you and the delivery times may vary. On average, please allow up to 1-5 business days. A signature is required for most deliveries. If suitable, Temple & Webster recommend that you have it delivered to your work address. If no one is at home, a note will be left stating the closest pick up point.
You can return an item that you've bought from Temple & Webster within 30 days of receiving the item. If you decide to do so, then Temple & Webster will refund the order total minus the shipping and handling costs.
Orders cannot be cancelled when dispatched and all return items need to be in its original conditions. To order a return or refunds, you will need to contact head to the "My Account" section of the Temple & Webster website and request a return.
