  4. Click "Colour" from the toolbar to choose your preferred colour for the square shape. You can do this using the colour palette and eyedropper tools automatically provided. If you'd prefer to choose a custom colour, click on the + button.
  5. Finally, click "Arrange" and then "Send To Back" to place the square shape behind any other elements of your existing design.

  And voila, your background colour should now be just as you want it.

• How to cancel a Vistaprint order

  Cancelling an order isn't always possible. If the printing process has already begun, for example, cancellation of it cannot be actioned. Providing your order hasn't shipped yet, you have the option to process a cancellation request. Unfortunately, requests are only approved if the printing process is not yet underway.

  To request a cancellation, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Start by logging into your account.
  2. Then, click My Account > Order History & Reorder.
  3. Next, click "Order Details" next to the order you'd like to cancel.
  4. When the "Order Details" page appears, click "Cancel" next to any of the items featured you are wanting to cancel.
  5. Click "Cancel my item" in the cancellation request window.
  6. A pop-up window will then appear and confirm that Vistaprint is attempting to cancel your order. Close this window and repeat the process for each item you want to cancel.
