Andor is a prequel to Rogue One, which detailed the Rebel Alliance's first victory against the Empire.

Consequently, the series offers a new perspective from the Star Wars galaxy, showcasing how people and communities gradually become involved with the rebellion.

The focus is on Cassian Andor, who has to undergo a dangerous journey in order to discover that he can play a crucial role in the events to come. Besides Diego Luna (Narcos: Mexico), you'll also recognise Genevieve O'Reilly as Mon Mothma and Forest Whitaker as Saw Gerrera.
