DC's Stargirl revolves around Courtney Whitmore, a high school student who bands together with the Justice Society of America to fight villains, past and present. She yields a powerful weapon, the Cosmic Staff, and becomes the superheroine Stargirl.
While there are dozens of superhero TV shows to choose from, Stargirl breathes new life into the genre thanks to its breezy tone. The appealing cast and intriguing storylines don't hurt either. The highly addictive DC's Stargirl series is back with season 3. Catch episodes weekly on BINGE and Foxtel starting on 1 September 2022.
Season 3 is subtitled Frenemies and finds Starman back from the dead. He offers to train Courtney, as long as she's willing to help him adjust to his new life. However, a murder soon has the heroes questioning the former super-villain's commitment to reforming. It also leads them to a shocking discovery.
The main cast returns for this new batch of episodes. Joel McHale as Sylvester Pemberton/Starman will be a series regular in season 3. With a murder mystery at its core and plenty of action teased in the trailer, we can almost guarantee that Frenemies will be a very good time.
