A dramedy about dysfunction with an appealing ensemble cast, Succession is a fascinating exploration of wealth. Both thrilling and grim, it centres on the members of the Roy family who control a big media conglomerate.

When the patriarch shows no desire to step down as CEO, his heirs struggle to gain as much power within the company as they can to eventually come out on top. Needless to say, their tactics aren't always of the ethical variety.

Exceptional performances and sharp writing make Succession must-see TV. But don't worry, bingeing this HBO hit doesn't feel like a chore. Quite the opposite.

Succession season 4 details

The hit HBO drama returns with more twists, betrayals and fabulous one-liners. The fourth and final season of Succession kicked off on 27 March 2023. Every Succession episode was available to watch in Australia from 29 May 2023 via BINGE or Foxtel.

The action picks up in the aftermath of the season 3 finale when Shiv, Kendall and Roman were unceremoniously bested by Logan. Based on the previews, they seem to present a united front as they stand up to their father.

However, this being Succession, who knows for how long that will last? With the sale of the company looming, the siblings must bring their A-game if they want to find a clever way to stop the patriarch from moving forward with his plans.

Annabeth Gish, Adam Godley, Eili Harboe and Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson join the cast for season 4, with Alexander Skarsgård reprising his role as Lukas Matsson. Choose your fighter. The addictive battle for power is coming to an end!
