Pascale founded Grow My Money in 2019. She has over 25 years of experience in finance, working for big names like JP Morgan Asset Management and BT Financial Group. This dynamic mother of three also serves as a Virtual Expert in Residence for the NSW Government. She has founded two successful organisations and continues to motivate others to strive for excellence each day. In recognition of her service to business and women's affairs, Pascale was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in 2024.
